Computer Information Technology.

After Sibahle M. Nhleko graduated from Waterford Kamhlaba UWC in Swaziland, she had offers from three universities, all of which were offering her generous scholarships. She chose Methodist University as her home for the next four years.
Her time at MU allowed Sibahle to develop in many areas. She was able to maintain strong grades while also becoming a member of many clubs and organizations on campus. In her freshman year, she joined the track and field team and became a dancer with the MU Marching Band. Her other activities included the Accounting Club, International Club, and Computer Science Club, in which she served a term as president.
In the spring of 2015, Sibahle studied abroad in South Korea, where she enrolled at Sungkyunkwan University for a semester on a full scholarship awarded by Davis UWC and Methodist University. During this semester, she
learned many Asian traditions, made lifelong connections, and visited several attractions, including the DMZ between South and North Korea. While there, she also participated in the Information Computer Engineering Club, working closely with Samsung.
Before she graduated magna cum laude from MU, Sibahle earned the ABCD Academic Achievement Award through the Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity program. Shortly after graduating, she was hired as an IT
help desk technician, where she is responsible for tier-2 support duties at a real estate development company in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Her duties are providing technical and non-technical support to more than 200 employees,
writing standard operating procedures for software, and troubleshooting software, and hardware.
Sibahle is still learning and improving, working on IT certification training to further advance her skills. She has been accepted into two graduate programs, and she hopes to pursue a master’s degree in cybersecurity.
