MU International Student at Clinton Global Initiative

Mohannad Alshalalda (Palestine, MU’2019):”My friend from Stanford University and I attended Clinton Global Initiative conference (CGI U) at the university of Berkeley, April 1 – 3, 2016. The conference was attended by about 1200 students. Everyone of them came with a different commitment to action. Attendees have the chance to network and partner with prestigious organizations if they go with good projects and concrete plans. Students have a great chance to network with each other and learn from each other. Our group met with students who were doing the same as us, we networked, shared ideas, and learned from each other. Incredibly inspiring and diverse panels took place at the conference. The workshops are diverse and in different fields, students registered for the workshops that were in the field of their commitments. I encourage everyone who has a social venture to take advantage of this and similar opportunities while in college”
